Responsibilities
Perform and monitor SAP S/4HANA IT General Controls (ITGCs) in line with company policies and standards
Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements, partnering with internal and external auditors
Develop and maintain ITGC documentation, procedures, and risk assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Production, Audit) to implement and maintain controls
Identify gaps in ITGC processes and recommend enhancements
Support global operations, including overlapping hours with teams in Germany and China
Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SAP ERP experience (PP, FICO, SD, MM, EWM modules)
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA
4+ years working in U.S. public companies with Big 4 auditor exposure
Strong knowledge of ITGC frameworks and audit processes
Experience with global compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams
Preferred
Mandarin language skills preferred
