eCommerce intern
Hublot is a luxury watch brand seeking an eCommerce Intern to support their online operations during a six-month maternity leave coverage. The role involves assisting with daily order flow, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, providing exposure to eCommerce luxury processes.

Responsibilities
Assist in responding to online customer inquiries via email and phone
Support customer follow-ups under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager
Perform basic Salesforce updates (training provided)
Support order verification steps (documentation review, data checks)
Coordinate with Logistics regarding order status, stock confirmations, and shipping timelines
Assist with Click & Collect coordination when needed
Maintain daily trackers for order flow and customer updates
Help compile daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce reports
Assist in updating internal dashboards (data entry / preparation)
Receive training and provide support on Magento, Salesforce, Ekata, and Cybersource—but without ownership of these systems
Assist in maintaining eCommerce procedures and documenting updates
Support communication with the Client Services Center (CSC – France) for basic follow-ups
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams on administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
1–2 years in retail, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Proficiency in Excel required (basic level acceptable)
Preferred
eCommerce exposure preferred
Experience with Salesforce/Magento is a plus, not required
