Engineering Technician IV
Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Technician IV to join their team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for deployed DoD systems, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for deployed DoD systems
Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training activities
Perform system setup, diagnostics, repair, and field support
Assist instructors and maintain certification requirements as defined by the program
Qualification
Required
Ability to Obtain DoD TS/SCI Clearance
Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday with willingness to travel and deploy OCONUS
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Proficient in using test equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex systems
Experience with system assembly, integration, and functional testing
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Skilled in documenting test procedures, results, and maintenance actions
Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices
Ability to mentor and train junior technicians
8–10 years of engineering technician experience
Hands-on experience with electronic or communication systems
Ability to complete technician certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred
Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs
Associate's degree or higher in engineering technology, electronics, or related field
