Warehouse QA Associate

Responsibilities
Inspecting products to ensure they conform to established quality standards and specifications, following documented processing procedures. This may include visual inspection, measurements, and/or functional testing
Verifying that there are no discrepancies between the physical product being inspected and the product represented on our website’s product page or the product documented in our inventory system
Processing and labeling inbound inventory
Receiving and stocking products in an organized manner, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and proper placement on warehouse shelves
Performing inventory inspections as appropriate when a quality issue or concern is raised by the Customer Operations team
Performing routine product inventory counts and investigating discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting of inventory availability
Developing technical knowledge of core products — particularly display assemblies and batteries
Assembling components and materials into finished product assemblies according to documented processing and packaging procedures, ensuring product assemblies meet specifications
Following proper safety procedures when handling batteries, including compliance to labeling regulations
Operating warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and tape dispensers
Ensuring a safe and organized work environment in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and procedures
Performing others tasks as needed and as directed

Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate product discrepancies
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday
Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
Experience with computers and inventory management software
Preferred
Prior experience in quality assurance, product inspection, or a related field preferred
Previous warehouse experience including shipping and usage of RF guns is beneficial
