Senior Account Executive
ABC Fitness is the leading technology provider for the fitness industry, seeking a driven Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will focus on driving business growth across North America by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional value to health clubs.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North America market through prospecting, calls, emails, social media, and more
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, helping them maximize their partnership with ABC Fitness
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that align with client needs
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials
Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements and innovations, ensuring ABC Fitness offerings stay competitive in the North American market
Work with customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Manage and maintain a detailed sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities
Represent the company at industry events and conferences across North America to promote ABC Fitness and uncover new business opportunities
Stay updated on ABC’s suite of technology products and services to maintain expertise
Complete Quarterly Business Plans and submit Expense Reports in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or related experience in the health club or fitness industry (fewer years required with a degree)
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, particularly in the North America market
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Familiarity with the Australian health and fitness industry, including market trends and key players, is a plus
