Filtering and escalating appropriate service requests to the Help Desk Technician or the Help Desk/Training Coordinator

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of current office work experience or equivalent education (30 college credit hours) or a combination of work experience and education
Basic knowledge of internet browsers, operating systems and basic trouble-shooting techniques
Experience answering telephones
Communicating effectively with a diverse end-user population
Providing instructions to users
A criminal background check is required
