Electronics Maintenance Technician III
Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronics Maintenance Technician III. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for deployed DoD systems, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training activities.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for deployed DoD systems
Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training activities
System setup, diagnostics, repair, field support, assisting instructors, and maintaining certification requirements as defined by the program
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI Clearance
Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday with willingness to travel and deploy OCONUS
Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing analog and digital electronic systems
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex electronics
Experience interpreting schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in maintenance environments
Ability to document maintenance actions and update technical records
Ability to complete technician certification within 90 days of hire
5–7 years of electronics maintenance experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Preferred
Experience supporting government or DoD electronic systems preferred
Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in electronics or related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications such as IPC, ASE, or military technical school completion (preferred)
