Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Lead the development of complex workflows, lifecycle events, certifications, and provisioning processes within IIQ
Author advanced SailPoint rules (e.g., provisioning rules, correlation rules, custom object rules) to support unique business logic and identity governance needs
Create and maintain custom tasks and connectors to extend SailPoint functionality and integrate with target systems
Drive CI/CD pipeline integration for IIQ artifacts using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Azure DevOps
Develop automated build and deployment scripts to support seamless delivery across development, staging, and production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications and deliverables
Establish governance processes, code standards, and peer review practices for IIQ rule and workflow development
Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization of existing SailPoint configurations
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SailPoint developers and system integrators
Evaluate and recommend improvements to current SailPoint deployments, including version upgrades and architecture refinements
Participate in audits, compliance assessments, and risk mitigation strategies related to IAM
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including at least 2 years in an architect or lead developer role
Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ components: workflows, rules, forms, tasks, connectors, aggregation, and provisioning
Proficient in Java and Beanshell scripting
Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code principles (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Terraform)
Familiarity with identity concepts like RBAC, SoD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
Strong experience deploying SailPoint in cloud or hybrid environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
