The Retail Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the store team, enhance customer loyalty, and support Sales Representatives in providing exceptional service.

Coaches Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance
Managing customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience
Stay informed on products, services, and leadership practices to guide the team effectively
Supporting store maintenance, visual merchandising, and retail procedures
Ensuring the team uses store systems and communications efficiently
Drive financial results by monitoring performance indicators
Controlling expenses
Managing discounts
Upholding United Wireless policies and procedures

Required

Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the role
1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
