New Grad, Entry Leveleos Products is an iconic global beauty brand that has sold nearly a billion lip balms worldwide. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to assist in developing packaging concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers hands-on experience in packaging design, production, and sustainability.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing packaging concepts and graphics for various products
Support the design team in creating and refining visual assets, including mockups and displays
Research packaging trends, materials, and sustainable solutions
Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs
Prepare files for print production and assist in quality control checks
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas
Maintain an organized library of packaging assets, templates, and materials
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Basic understanding of packaging materials, dielines, and print production processes
Strong attention to detail, typography, and composition
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to work in office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Preferred
A portfolio showcasing packaging or branding projects is highly preferred
