Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for the Network & Infrastructure team
Produce high‑quality, detailed high‑level system designs, considering field conditions, civil works, and existing technologies
Define and refine technical requirements in collaboration with Sales and Project Management
Develop the strategic roadmap for network and infrastructure evolution, ensuring system reliability and resilience for mission‑critical products
Oversee the strategy and operation of internal development and testing environments to ensure reliability, flexibility, and appropriate capacity
Ensure all internal environments remain fully functional and meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Extensive technical expertise with at least 15 years in IT and 5 years in a leadership role
Strong experience designing and implementing secure, resilient distributed IP networks
Proven capability in building IT infrastructure solutions, including virtualisation and containerisation
Ability to lead technical teams and produce high‑quality documentation and architectural diagrams
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and presentations
Solid understanding of WAN, LAN, mobile networks
Solid understanding of multi‑vendor operating systems
Solid understanding of network design through to switch‑level configuration
Solid understanding of server and compute architecture
Solid understanding of OS implementation and low‑level administration
Solid understanding of storage engineering, including provisioning, clustering, and replication
Solid understanding of multi‑vendor hypervisors and virtual networking
Solid understanding of engineering virtualised operating systems
Solid understanding of container architecture, orchestration, networking, and automated deployment
Solid understanding of Voice over IP
Solid understanding of Microsoft enterprise architecture (e.g., AD, policies)
Solid understanding of video wall design
Solid understanding of VDI design, including thin‑client infrastructure
