Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategic recruiting plans that address current and future hiring needs including developing sourcing strategies

Lead, guide, and develop a team of recruiters, providing support in their day-to-day work, fostering collaboration, and creating a high-performance, results-driven team culture

Leverage recruitment analytics and performance data to identify trends, improve processes, and provide actionable insights to leadership regarding hiring effectiveness

Partner with hiring managers, HR, and department leaders to gain a deep understanding of staffing needs, organizational priorities, and team dynamics to help guide hiring decisions

Continuously evaluate and introduce recruitment best practices and tools that will help the organization stay competitive in the market and enhance overall talent acquisition efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field

5-10 yrs or progressive recruiting experience as a senior recruiter, lead recruiter, or recruiting manager in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring goals

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics tools to make informed decisions

Deep knowledge of talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, balancing both hands-on recruiting and team leadership responsibilities
