Electrical / Electronics Engineer
Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical / Electronics Engineer to provide technical engineering support for DoD communication and electronic systems. The role involves system analysis, technical troubleshooting, field support, and coordination with logistics and training teams.

Provides technical engineering support for DoD communication and electronic systems in operational environments
Supports integration, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of deployed systems
Conducts system analysis and technical troubleshooting
Provides field support and coordinates with logistics and training teams
Participates in system certification and fielding activities
Qualification
Required
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
7+ years experience supporting DoD C4ISR, SATCOM, or electronic systems
Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design and analysis
Experience supporting system integration, test, and validation activities
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
Familiarity with power distribution, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations
Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective action development
Understanding of applicable engineering standards and safety requirements
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant technical certifications
