Responsibilities

Monitor incoming security alerts, analyze logs, and perform initial triage of potential incidents

Manage and resolve Tier-1 technical tickets from global customers. troubleshoot platform issues, configuration requests, and connectivity problems

Analyze security data to identify trends, false positives, and anomalies in customer environments

Escalate complex security incidents to Tier-2/3 teams with detailed analysis and documentation

Maintain professional and clear communication with clients regarding their technical inquiries and security status
