Responsibilities

Lead regional sales performance by setting clear objectives, guiding divisional leaders, and executing market-specific strategies aligned with company-wide goals. Continuously adjust approach to optimize results across diverse markets
Mentor and develop divisional managers and sales teams through coaching, training, and clear communication, fostering high performance, alignment, and accountability across geographically dispersed teams
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic recommendations on pricing, incentives, and marketing initiatives that drive performance at the divisional level
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and target-setting. Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and drive cohesive progress across all divisions

Required

Minimum 5 years as a New Home Sales Vice President
Over 10 years in the new home sales industry, including management of a builder's state or regional operations
Leadership, sales strategy, operations management, marketing, finance, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making skills
Advanced computer skills, including Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
A valid real estate license is required within six months of hire
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
Reliable transportation
A valid driver's license
