Responsibilities

In charge of recruitment for various positions across the organization, including utilizing proactive sourcing techniques and HCM, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the construction industry
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment processes
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to Recruiting Coordinators to ensure best practices are followed
Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors to support hiring needs as appropriate
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to evaluate effectiveness
Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational hiring policies and practices
Partner with HR leadership to support workforce planning initiatives and succession planning
Lead team meetings and be able to come up and lead other trainings for recruiters to strengthen knowledge sharing and alignment
Promote ACCO’s employer brand through networking, industry events, and community engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or mechanical contracting industry
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred

At least 5 years of recruitment experience within the construction space
Leadership and mentorship experience with demonstrated success in developing team members
Experience with advanced sourcing tools and strategies to identify passive candidates
