Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and campaign KPIs
Identify, recruit, vet, and build relationships with high-caliber creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and additional emerging platforms
Oversee campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, secure contracts, and ensure compliance
Establish and optimize Twinkl’s affiliate marketing program, including partner onboarding, promotional planning, payout administration, and ongoing performance management
Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute promotional assets for influencer and affiliate use
Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality videos that communicate Twinkl’s mission and educational resources
Monitor trends and integrate relevant formats and techniques to maximize platform reach
Maintain consistent audience engagement by responding to comments, fostering dialogue, and amplifying educator-led content
Work alongside content specialists to ensure TikTok storytelling remains aligned with Twinkl’s brand standards
Analyze campaign performance, producing detailed reports that include actionable insights and recommendations
Track influencer, affiliate, and social media metrics to refine strategies for audience growth and engagement
Maintain a centralized database of campaign performance to inform future initiatives
Partner with the Community Manager to nurture authentic relationships and amplify educator advocacy
Coordinate with the Senior Customer Marketing Manager and Campaign Team to integrate influencer and content initiatives with acquisition and retention strategies
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to repurpose influencer and social media assets across digital campaigns
Stay informed on emerging trends in influencer engagement, social media content formats, and partnership models
Recommend new approaches for enhancing reach, engagement, and brand resonance

Required

2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content creation, ideally within education, SaaS, or consumer subscription sectors
Proven track record in managing the end-to-end influencer campaign lifecycle
Knowledge of content creation and storytelling
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, edit, and produce effective short-form video content
Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data to inform decision-making
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities
Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships
Passion for literacy, education, and community empowerment
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
