Analyze complex operational and strategic data, using financial models and cost-benefit analysis to guide high-impact decisions
Leverage business intelligence tools, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and optimize resources across diverse business areas
Translate data-driven insights into clear policy recommendations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, preparing compelling presentations and fostering alignment around strategic initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field
2–3 years of experience in a strategy consulting environment with strong business and financial acumen
Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization (Tableau)
Proven ability to develop predictive models, analyze big data for financial and operational optimization, and apply project management principles effectively

Preferred

MBA preferred but not required
Familiarity with SQL and coding languages such as STATA or R
