In this role, you will lead a team managing the requirements database and verification tracking while collaborating with subject matter experts to resolve technical issues and drive design decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead a team managing the requirements database and verification tracking

Coordinate internal and external engineering review boards

Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve technical issues and drive design decisions

Oversee tracking of technical baseline artifacts and MBSE models, including CDRLs

Provide leadership on configuration management processes and workflow implementation

Present technical baseline status and plans at key customer reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field and 5+ years of experience, OR Master's degree plus 3 years of experience

Strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools

Knowledge of MBSE, requirements decomposition, and engineering processes

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred

Agile experience preferred

Department of Defense Top Secret clearance preferred at time of hire

Experience leading systems development life cycle

Ability to apply technical standards and methodologies to complex programs

Collaborative team player with strong presentation skills
