Freelance/Contract Consultant - Medallia DXA

ComOps is a company that supports businesses in achieving excellence across various domains including customer experience and digital innovation. They are seeking an experienced freelance consultant with hands-on experience implementing Medallia Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) to support new clients primarily in hospitality and gaming.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Lead or support DXA (Decibel) implementations for new clients
Configure DXA features including (but not limited to):
Session replay
Heatmaps
Frustration / struggle signals
Form analytics
Funnels and behavioral analysis
Partner with client technical teams to validate tag placement, troubleshoot data capture issues, and ensure accurate and compliant data collection
Collaborate with ComOps CX and delivery teams to align DXA with broader Medallia programs
Assist with client enablement, documentation, and best-practice guidance
Support post-launch optimization and refinement as needed

Required

Hands-on, technical experience implementing Medallia DXA (Decibel)
Direct experience configuring DXA in production environments
Strong understanding of web analytics concepts
Experience with tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
Experience with JavaScript-based data capture
Experience working with enterprise clients
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with broader Medallia Experience Cloud implementations
Background in hospitality or gaming
Familiarity with privacy, consent management, and digital compliance considerations
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
