Responsibilities

Establish and nurture key relationships with DoD/DoW S&T labs, capturing Contract Research and Development (CRAD) opportunities

Conduct market, competitive, and technology‑trend analyses to define product vision and long‑term roadmaps

Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and go‑to‑market strategies for emerging RF sensor technologies

Partner with systems, software, and hardware engineering teams to drive concept development, prototype validation, and specification definition

Support budget development and financial planning for the S&GS Advanced Programs and the RF Product Center
