Regional Sales Manager - East Coast
RAITH Group is a world-leading high-tech company developing maskless nanofabrication systems and characterization solutions. They are seeking an East Coast Sales Manager to expand the success of Raith’s products in the US, focusing on customer acquisition and market share growth.

Responsibilities
Sale of the assigned product portfolio and marketing by means of effective product presentations using documents, references, and other sales material, and by collaboration with the applications and product management teams
New customer acquisition and expansion of market share according to the company guidelines
Planning, execution, and review of customer visits
Creating regular detailed customer visit and weekly reports
Maintaining an accurate and up to date CRM database
Assessment of customer potential
Active market and competitor monitoring
Continuous and comprehensive expansion of specialist knowledge
Assistance in planning and execution of presentations, exhibitions, conferences, factory tours, customer events and workshops
Driving the sales process from inquiry, to offer, order, and order processing
Preparation of, and active cooperation in, sales team meetings
Close collaboration with the whole International Sales Team extending across international and regional borders
Qualification
Required
Exceptional team working and interpersonal skills
Robust and positive communication skills, including written memoranda and presentations to groups
Excellent external customer relationship building skills
Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering
Ability to travel up to 50% to connect with clients throughout North America
Microsoft Office365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to do some travel to Europe, e.g. for sales alignment meetings at headquarters in Germany and/or factory tours and system demonstrations for clients at Raith's factories in the Netherlands and/or Germany
Preferred
5+ years of experience with sales of complex high-technology equipment
