Responsibilities
Draws in warp yarn according to specifications
Follows procedures to install lease(s)/lease rods and knot tying warp(s) as necessary
Completes all documentation requirements
Manufactures various fabrics and woven products according to requirements
Identifies and corrects defects
Records qualitative and quantitative measurements in accordance with internal specifications
Makes processing adjustments to ensure quality product
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 0–1-year related experience
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and management
Must be able to hand off the status of jobs to overlapping shifts
Ability to understand and follow the requirements of applicable work instructions and/or internal specifications
Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Possess basic mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices and working within regulated industries
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to get along well with others and work in a team environment
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Possess basic mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Excellent verbal communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work in a high paced environment and follow WI's and SOP's
Ability to properly complete paperwork as required according to work instructions, standards, or other specifications
