Senior Electrical / Electronics Engineer
Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical / Electronics Engineer to provide technical leadership for complex DoD systems. The role involves engineering oversight, technical decision-making, and customer interface for system integration, testing, and sustainment, while also mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Provide engineering oversight, technical decision-making, and customer interface for system integration, testing, and sustainment
Mentor junior engineers
Support fielding operations
Coordinate with program management
Ensure engineering compliance with contract requirements
Qualification
Required
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
12+ years experience supporting advanced DoD systems
Experience leading engineering teams
Expert-level experience in electrical and electronic system design and analysis
Ability to lead system architecture development and technical design reviews
Extensive experience interpreting and approving electrical schematics and technical documentation
Deep understanding of power distribution, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation
Proven experience leading complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions
Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams
Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards, safety, and compliance requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license or advanced technical certifications
OCONUS and deployed operations experience
