Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
Understand client goals and proactively offer strategic solutions to drive engagement and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of initiatives across creative, strategy, and digital workstreams
Identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to proposals and quarterly business reviews
Prepare and quality-check submission-ready documentation packages for regulatory compliance
Navigate Veeva Vault to upload, version, and organize documents, ensuring metadata accuracy and audit readiness
Manage submissions to health authorities (FDA, EMA, etc.) and maintain compliance across multiple brands and therapeutic areas
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE: Veeva, Ad Agency, and Pharma/Healthcare experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
5+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in agency or consultancy settings
Strong knowledge of regulatory documentation requirements (IND, NDA, MAA, CTA)
Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Hive, Asana)
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or life sciences strongly preferred
Hands-on expertise with Veeva Vault Submissions or similar eCTD publishing tools
