Responsibilities

Learn about the statistical analysis and characterization techniques used in sensor development
Perform hands-on experiments with lab and test equipment
Provide support to and develop improvement ideas for existing products & processes
Design and set-up product validation tests and document test results
Collaborate with domestic & international associates to complete project goals

Required

Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field and have completed at least one semester of sophomore year
Hands-on technical aptitude & some prior experience in a chemistry/chemical lab
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to structure time, organize tasks, and execute against a deadline
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
A desire to work within a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred

Experience with statistical analysis tools (Minitab or similar)
Test experience (design, execution, and analysis)
Hands-on wet chemistry experience
