Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
Lead by example in quality and customer service
Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department
Document work performed and communicate clearly
Train and support junior technicians
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Use Dealerware for loaner vehicle documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of progressive automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Proven ability to perform advanced-level diagnostics, repairs, and system overhauls
Prior experience in a dealership environment strongly preferred (OEM-specific systems, warranty procedures, etc.)
Experience mentoring or training lower-level technicians (B- and C-level)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Preferred
ASE or OEM Master Certification preferred
