This role supports a busy, active project portfolio and involves managing accounts payable for multiple real estate projects while collaborating with project managers and accountants to ensure cost alignment with contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

Managing AP for 100+ active real estate projects

Reviewing, coding, and processing detailed, multi-line invoices tied to contracts and POs

Working closely with Project Managers and Project Accountants to make sure costs align with contracts and budgets

Reconciling subcontractor and T&M invoices against agreements and scheduled values

Flagging discrepancies, communicating clearly, and helping drive resolution

Preparing and sending internal and client invoices

Helping improve AP and project accounting processes as the team continues to scale

Qualification

Project-based accountingAccounts Payable (AP)ExcelERP experienceClear communication

Required

3+ years in project-based or construction accounting

Comfortable handling high-volume, detail-heavy AP

Strong Excel skills and ERP experience

Someone who communicates clearly and works well across teams
