Responsibilities

Support technical accounting and financial reporting throughout a company integration

Translate operational and transactional data into accurate financial statements and related disclosures

Prepare and build financial statement footnotes in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Document, reconcile, and improve accounting processes to ensure consistency and audit readiness

Support internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules and responses to audit inquiries

Align financial reporting with policies, standards, and reporting requirements

Partner closely with senior leadership across both companies to resolve complex accounting and reporting issues
