Responsibilities

Support the Manufacturing Engineering team on multiple projects
Take full ownership and complete operational procedures, tooling, and TMV execution for Nikon/Keyence components
Build backup test stations and firmware update stations for both SetPoint and contract manufacturer inventory
Implement a new approach to improve or streamline an existing manufacturing process
Support audits in NetSuite/Pilgrim to ensure calibration and preventive maintenance alignment across SetPoint and contract manufacturers

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
SolidWorks Background/Excel is a plus
Self-motivated and passionate for innovation and quality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with and relate to all levels within the organization
Team skills that demonstrate inclusivity, decisiveness, good facilitation, a process improvement orientation, and approachability
