Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified BCBA candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting platforms
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ABA providers
Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview/offer process
Track candidate progress and ensure accurate communication throughout the hiring pipeline
Meet or exceed placement targets to maximize commission earnings

Required

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Preferred

Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (healthcare or ABA field strongly preferred)
Knowledge of ABA industry, terminology, and roles (BCBA, RBT, etc.) is a plus
