Responsibilities

Answer inquiries to the company IT Support Services via phone and company Support Portal

Resolve and document end-user incidents utilizing remote access tools and the Freshservice WMS

Support software includes: Windows 11, Server 2022, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Freshservice ticketing, Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Microsoft Teams, Go2Assist, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast

Configure desktop and laptop computers for end-users

Create and maintain Active Directory accounts, e-mail accounts, and group distribution lists

Modify / Create O365 accounts using MS O365 Admin portal

Perform software and security upgrades as needed

Support hardware includes: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Phones, Multi-Function Printers

Support industry-specific software includes: Salesforce, Workday, and Avature

Required

3+ years of technical support and customer service experience

Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks at one time

Communicate complex business concepts in writing and verbally

Install equipment, machines, wiring, and/or programs to meet specifications

Identify system problems or limitations and implement a method to correct the issue

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred

Experience with Intune screen sharing is preferred
