Responsibilities
Represent financial institutions in eviction matters and related court proceedings
Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
Attend hearings both in-person and virtually
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in New York
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Preferred
Three or more years of eviction experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
Bonus qualifications: multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure
