Responsibilities
Support and enhance the use of clinical information systems across the organization
Optimize workflows, support providers and staff, and improve patient care
Serve as a key liaison between clinical departments, providers, vendors, and the Information Technology team
Support EMR optimization, training, onboarding, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Promote best practices, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or another clinical profession required
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, including EMR utilization preferred
Demonstrated computer and networking skills required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Clinical informatics experience strongly desired
