Prepare clinic financial package and distribute as directed
Prepare and input recurring journal entries into the Lawson system as required
Report clinic variances; Explain month to month variances by researching, reviewing and interacting with other departments
Complete the monthly roll over process preparing statements for the next financial closing
Maintain Excel worksheets of prepaid expenses that balance with the general ledger
Reconcile the assigned bank accounts and balance sheets
Monitor outgoing expenses
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 Years Accounting Or Related Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Training Demonstrated Relevant Experience Can Substitute For Degree Required
College Courses Principles of Accounting or similar required
Preferred
1 year Healthcare environment preferred
