Solve complex design challenges that balance advertiser needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to influence direction, strategy, and execution
Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team culture
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
Experience with Single Sign‑On (SSO) and domain management
Industry knowledge of first‑party and third‑party tools
Technical writing expertise, including Plain Language specification
Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Possess strong UX/UI expertise and can leverage content knowledge to influence stakeholders
Think holistically and enjoy working on products end‑to‑end
Excel at simplifying complex experiences into clear, user‑friendly solutions
Communicate proactively and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners
Are comfortable establishing and enforcing standards to ensure quality experiences
Can design scalable solutions and frameworks that serve as foundations for teams
Are based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
Bachelor's degree required
