Responsibilities

Work with project teams to enable them to improve their scrum processes
Generate excitement around utilizing Scrum methodology by serving as an agile coach
Facilitate cross functional communication within the wider organization
Uphold the pillars of Scrum (transparency, inspection, and adaptation) across the organization

Required

BS in computer science, math, software or other engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of experience with agile development methodology and Scrum framework
Experience in at least one Scrum Master role, and a strong track record of successful projects
Strong ability to influence others and manage resistance with charisma and flexibility
Ability to travel up to 10-15%

Preferred

Experience with MES, SCADA, or other industrial automation projects is a plus
Experience in a client project based industry is a plus
