Responsibilities

Help customers solve problems using the latest software and cybersecurity tools

Monitor security environments and identify security gaps through the eyes of an adversary

Impact Navy missions by monitoring the network environment for new and evolving threats and providing cybersecurity expertise, analysis, and support to defensive cyber operations (DCO)

Required

4+ years of experience with DoD operational missions and impacts

4+ years of experience with cyber strategic and operational environments

4+ years of experience with DoD Information Technology, DoD Information Networks, or cyberspace tactical environments

Experience with TCP and IP networking

Ability to develop dashboards and queries within network security tools and network monitoring systems

Top Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED

DoD 8140 IAT II Certification

Preferred

Experience with DoD or Navy cybersecurity and acquisition processes

Experience with the DoD or Navy Cyber Test and Evaluation (T&E) 6-phase process

Experience with penetration testing

Experience with cyber resilience and cyber survivability requirements

Experience with cybersecurity management tools

Experience with Bro and Zeek and Suricata networking monitoring tools, RedSeal threat modeling, Splunk queries for SIEM aggregation, and ACAS vulnerability scanning

Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS)

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

CCNP Certification
