RWE Clean Energy is the third largest renewable energy company in the United States, and they are seeking a Summer Accounting Intern to support the General Ledger Accounting team. The intern will assist with managing the general ledger, track income and expenses, aid audits, and contribute to budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Collect SAP data and input it into Excel models for analysis

Support the preparation of journal entries to document financial transactions

Collaborate on account reconciliations as necessary to maintain accurate financial records

Contribute to various ad hoc projects and tasks as required to support the team's objectives

Qualification

Required

Enrolled in an accredited US university program, pursuing a degree in accounting or finance

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Proficient in Excel

Effective writing and communication skills required
