Responsibilities

Work alongside FMI consulting teams to develop analyses and data visualizations to support consulting engagements and client outcomes

Assist engagement teams with the practical interpretations and business implications of data analyses

Collect, consolidate and structure data from clients, internal databases, and external sources

Work with FMI’s Corporate Data Services team to continuously refine internal and external analytics processes and templates to improve project delivery efficiency and quality

Required

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Business Analytics)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

Advanced Excel capabilities in formulas, complex modeling, and visualizations

Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear and persuasive reporting

Relationship-building skills, both for team collaboration and client engagement

Preferred

Tableau for data visualization is preferred

Familiarity with Python for analysis and MYSQL Workbench querying and schema design is a plus

Experience in Generative AI like ChatGPT is also a plus

Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial but not required
