The role involves leading a team of developers, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and ensuring deliverables are met, primarily using AWS as the cloud platform.

Responsibilities
Resources should have strong python programming is the key critical skills and having exposure to Gen AI or LLMs
The core cloud platform would be AWS for 75% of their needs
The expectation is each of the 5 resources would be on different POD teams – one could be doing openAPI, one could be google dialog flow, one could be on nova sonic/AWS platform
They want to decide it they can use AWS strands as their multi agent framework or not
The onsite lead is expected to be senior lead who can track daily status from all these team members on daily basis, proactively communicate on daily basis, track the tasks/deliverables, report and help them with the analysis across platforms and ensure deliverables are met from the team
So, onsite lead is somebody who can help facilitate & work with multiple technologies with customer & internal teams, with strength in preferably AWS/Strands Agentic AI platform, in my opinion
They expect these team members to do the analysis, PoCs as per each of the assigned POD tasks and deliver and contribute actively with recommendations
There could be work related to data pipelines, etc to setup on AWS platform for the most part
Should have led a team
Should be articulate
Should have strong theoretical knowledge on LLM, Agentic AI etc
Should be hands on strong Python Developer to assist the team when required
Should have analytical skills to evaluate the LLM performance based on prompts and guide the team
LLM they will work with are Novasonic
OpenAI
Nova lite and other models from AWS bedrock
Agentic frameworks , they should know what they are but not having implemented is still fine provided good at Python
Strands
LangGraph
Even ADK is fine
Qualification
Required
Strong python programming skills
Exposure to Gen AI or LLMs
Experience with AWS cloud platform
Experience leading a team
Strong theoretical knowledge on LLM, Agentic AI
Hands-on strong Python Developer skills
Analytical skills to evaluate LLM performance based on prompts
Ability to facilitate and work with multiple technologies
Experience with data pipelines on AWS platform
Preferred
Experience with AWS/Strands Agentic AI platform
Experience with Novasonic
Experience with OpenAI
Experience with Nova lite and other models from AWS bedrock
Familiarity with Agentic frameworks
