Business Development Representative

Peppr Grow is a next-generation AI marketing platform designed for restaurants, aiming to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate qualified leads for the Inside Account Executive team, focusing on both inbound and outbound outreach to restaurant operators.

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and execute fast, high-volume follow-up
Conduct targeted outbound outreach to restaurant operators and decision-makers
Set 30+ qualified meetings per month (goal-based)
Manage lead cadences, sequences, and CRM hygiene
Communicate value propositions clearly and professionally
Partner closely with 1–2 AEs to ensure smooth handoff and high conversion rates
Maintain consistent activity, pipeline contribution, and performance KPIs
Participate in coaching sessions, role plays, and sales trainings
Represent Peppr Grow with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy

Required

1–2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or high-velocity inside sales
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video
High-energy, positive, and coachable mindset
Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets
Comfort working onsite in our Irvine office

Preferred

Experience selling into restaurants or hospitality
Familiarity with CRM and sequencing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
