Responsibilities
Prepare and post month-end journal entries in accordance with GAAP
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets and bank accounts
Assist with variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets
Support preparation of internal financial statements and management reports
Partner with cross-functional teams to document and improve financial processes
Support ERP integrations, audits, cash management, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience working within an ERP system (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP
