Responsibilities

Use HubSpot and other tools to contact marketing-generated leads, as well as prospects from business directories and other list sources
Reach out via phone, email, and other channels to discuss prospects’ needs and explain how Blackpoint’s solutions meet those needs
Collaborate closely with colleagues to share information, including lead qualification insights, selling strategies, and marketing updates
Build and maintain access to decision-makers and end-users within prospective client companies
Keep detailed and accurate account records in HubSpot
Develop a deep understanding of Blackpoint’s products and remain up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualification targets and objectives
Conduct discovery calls, present demos, and demonstrate the value of Blackpoint’s products and services to potential buyers
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while working toward attaining quotas
Occasionally travel to industry trade shows and events to support pipeline growth and strengthen client relationships

Required

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales prospecting, ideally gained in a fast-paced technology company
You have ~1 year of hands-on experience with a CRM; HubSpot preferred
You have the drive and persistence to manage multiple opportunities while proactively developing new ones
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can easily adapt your messaging to suit different audiences
You have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage deadlines
Strong time management and organizational skills
