Outbound Call & Business Development Specialist
Walters Hospitality is seeking an Outbound Call & Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic outbound calling. In this role, you will generate new business by booking events and selling ancillary services, while maintaining a strong focus on relationship building and sales performance.

Responsibilities
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to businesses, HR departments, nonprofits, schools, sports teams, clubs, and community organizations
Proactively contact wedding and event venues to introduce and sell Walters Hospitality’s ancillary services
Qualify leads, identify decision makers, and schedule meetings or tours for internal sales teams
Present company offerings and value propositions clearly and professionally over the phone
Send follow-up emails, brochures, pricing sheets, and service information as needed
Build and maintain targeted calling lists with consistent follow-up cadence
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, contacts, opportunities, and outcomes
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
Provide regular pipeline updates and share industry and competitor insights
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
Comfort making 25-50 outbound calls per day
Confidence speaking with business owners, HR leaders, and venue decision makers
Highly organized with strong follow-through and documentation habits
Motivated by performance metrics, goals, and commission opportunities
Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, email, and spreadsheets
Submit/complete a background check; have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with comparable responsibilities
Preferred
Previous outbound sales, hospitality, events, or wedding industry experience
College degree
