They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to focus on hiring senior and executive-level technical leaders, partnering closely with company leadership to build the technical leadership layer across Engineering, Product, and Design.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with company leaders and Co-Founders to hire technical leadership roles, including Staff+ ICs, Engineering Managers, Directors, and select executive-level hires

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, leadership gaps, leveling, and succession planning

Proactively source, engage, and close senior technical leaders in highly competitive markets

Develop and apply a clear point of view on what great technical leadership looks like at different stages of company growth

Build and continuously improve interview processes to ensure high signal, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience

Lead by example and mentor other recruiters on leadership hiring best practices

Own hiring goals for leadership roles across key technical organizations

Lead or contribute to broader Talent initiatives across areas such as employer branding, recruiting operations, and candidate experience

Operate with a strong one-team mindset to deliver against ambitious, company-wide hiring goals
