Responsibilities
Facilitate and support supplier management initiatives
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Products, numerous business unit supplier management teams, and Sourcing & Procurement Operations
Develop and implement supplier management projects
Help drive the processes, tools, reporting, policies and metrics throughout the supplier lifecycle
Contribute to building and managing robust policies/processes, technology/tools, training, governance, and excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Third-Party Risk Management
Experience balancing multiple initiatives at once
Process/project management or consulting experience
Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing supplier risk and performance management solutions
Procurement systems/processes/tools experience
Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes
10+ years of experience in project management
Ability to work with data
Knowledge of sourcing or supplier side, understands how companies find, evaluate, onboard, manage, and monitor suppliers
Preferred
In depth knowledge of supplier management
Leadership comms during project execution
