IT Business Analysis, AVP
State Street is a global institution that helps investors manage risk and drive performance. The IT Business Analyst will be part of the KYC Solutions Team, responsible for liaising with business and compliance teams to analyze and validate requirements for KYC applications and deliver technical solutions to meet business and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities
Elicit and interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements so that requirements are clearly understood, prioritized appropriately and implemented
Provide solutions to complex business processes related to Know Your Customer (KYC) applications and regulatory data/document collection requirements
Write User Stories and work with globally distributed Agile team across multiple time zones that include business, developers and testers
Configure vendor application to provide solutions to business and regulatory requirements
Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, technical or related field
5+ years experience as a business analyst on IT projects, preferably in financial services
Demonstrated experience in data analysis with Excel, SQL, BI tools
Strong working knowledge of financial services and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
Preferred
Knowledge of Fenergo SaaS platform software is preferred
