Responsibilities

Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce Verifying all accounts have accurate discounts, account notes, billing information and account owners

Communicate effectively and in a timely manner via phone and/or email with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are prepared correctly

Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce

Work effectively with operations, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management and information in Salesforce

Enter all quote and order cases from Salesforce into Oracle

Process all the credit requests received in Salesforce and the accounting team into Oracle

Qualification

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required
