Responsibilities
Track and manage team progress to ensure timely delivery against project schedules
Collaborate with multiple discipline groups, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement
Utilize Smartsheet tools to monitor and report project status
Provide regular updates and status reports to Boeing management representatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project engineering support
Strong background in project scheduling and team coordination
Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Preferred
Aircraft manufacturing experience
Exposure to new product development, particularly aerospace composites or thermoplastics
Familiarity with government contract requirements
